• Take the RT-1A South exit towards the Sumner Tunnel(I-93)/Boston, go 1.6 miles
• Take I-93 North towards Storrow Drive (I-93 North), go approx. 11 miles
• Take exit #37B towards Waltham onto I-95 South, go approx. 7 miles
• Take exit #31B, Route 225 W/Route 4 N, towards Bedford
• Bear right at Bedford Street, go 0.3 miles
• Bear right to head toward Hartwell Avenue (you cannot turn left onto Hartwell Avenue directly from Bedford Street)
• Turn left at Hartwell Avenue (you will cross back over Bedford Street), go approx. 0.5 miles
• After first traffic light on Hartwell Avenue, bear right onto Maguire Road
• Look for EPIX Pharmaceuticals sign immediately on left hand side
• Turn left past the sign at 4 Maguire Road, parking is in the back lot
• EPIX is on the second floor
